Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Modlux Fashion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our returns and exchanges policy below.

 1. Return Window
– You have **30 days** from the date of delivery to return or exchange eligible items.
– The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags still attached.

 2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
– Personalized or custom-made products
– Underwear, swimwear, and intimate apparel
– Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
– Items damaged due to customer misuse

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
1. Contact our customer support at support@modluxfashion.com within 30 days of delivery.
2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
3. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) number.
4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.

 4. Return Shipping Responsibility
– Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
– We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

 5. Refunds
– Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund.
– Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
– Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

 6. Exchanges
– For exchanges, please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement item.
– If the new item is more expensive, you will be charged the difference. If cheaper, a refund will be issued.

7. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours) with clear photos. We will cover the return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.
